I don't normally write reviews, however after the experience I had during the inspection, I absolutely had to. I am a first time home buyer and did not know what to expect during the inspection process. Mr.Dowin made me feel extremely informed and well equipped to make a wise decision based on the inspection. He was thorough and very personable, you don't find these two characteristics in one person, these days. He is rare and I really appreciate meeting and working with him. I really appreciate the time he took to discuss the property to me in depth. His professionalism was outstanding. I would hire him again for any type of inspection need.
